Pat Carr and Rob Brown have, between them, over 30 years of practice as experienced coaches, trainers and organisational development specialists.
They specialise in working with individuals and organisations to build capacity and capability through performance and behaviour change.

Both Pat and Rob hold first degrees and post graduate diplomas in public sector management.
Additionally Rob holds an Associateship in Corporate Administration and Pat is completing a Master's Degree in Organisational Development and Consultancy.
Trained by Nancy Kline, Time to Think Inc www.timetothink.com they are both registered members of the Time to Think Collegiate which provides continuous learning and regular supervision for them as Executive Coaches and Consultants.
