Thinking Environment™

Over the past 20 years Nancy Kline has observed and identified 10 behaviours that form a system called a Thinking Environment™, a model of human interaction that dramatically improves the way people think, and thus the way they work & live.

The assertion is that the quality of our actions depends on the quality of the thinking we do beforehand. If the quality of our thinking improves so does the quality of what we do as a result.

The model incorporates 10 components which help people & teams to think well.

The approach can be applied to many settings. In the training participants will learn how to apply this approach to:
