Diversity

Delivering on Diversity is a one-day course. Participants will have the opportunity to explore what is meant by diversity – covering issues of gender, race & ethnicity, disability and lesbian gay & bisexual people and the legal position in relation to diversity.

How to challenge prejudice and discrimination is also addressed.

It is possible to make this a two-day course; the second day focuses on how to deliver the day within your own organization. Participants leave with the skills to hand on to other colleagues making sustainability easier.

Training courses on individual elements of the course can be arranged, as can speeches and presentations.
